Roadshow Volunteer – Public Health Service Day

Volunteer Activity Description

As a Roadshow & Booth Volunteer at the Public Health Service Day 2026, you’ll be the face of 365CPS to members of the public. Your main tasks include engaging passers-by, promoting our screening programmes, registering interest and capturing contact details for follow-up, and sharing information on our programmes and services. You’ll also help with booth set-up, distributing collateral, keeping the booth tidy, and packing down at the end of your shift.

  • Approach and engage members of the public at the 365CPS booth
  • Explain our lung screening programme and eligibility
  • Register interest for mammogram and gastric screening
  • Introduce 365CPS programmes and services to visitors
  • Help set up, man and pack down the booth and collateral

Available Shift Timings:

  • 8am to 1pm
  • 1pm to 6pm

Volunteer Task Details

Volunteer Criteria

Volunteers should be confident and comfortable approaching strangers, with a friendly manner and clear communication. No prior experience is required — we’ll brief you on the screening programmes beforehand. Volunteers must be able to stand for extended periods. Conversational Mandarin, Malay or Tamil is a plus.

Required Equipment

Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, and bring a personal water bottle. A 365CPS volunteer T-shirt or badge will be provided and must be worn throughout.
