Multi-cancer screening in Singapore is now available free of charge to 365CPS clients and their families, in partnership with Gene Solutions.
Cancer may not show signs early on. Screening can spot them. If you have come through cancer yourself, you already know what early detection can mean, and this programme is a way to pass that on to the people closest to you.
Multi-cancer screening uses a single blood sample to look for early signals of several cancers at once.
The test used in this programme is SPOT-MAS, developed by Gene Solutions. Cancer cells release small fragments of DNA into the bloodstream. SPOT-MAS analyses these fragments for patterns associated with cancer and reports whether early signals are present.
The process takes one consultation and one blood draw at a partner clinic in Singapore. All screening is carried out at clinics licensed under Singapore’s Healthcare Services Act.
Multi-cancer screening does not replace your routine screenings.

This is a screening test for people who feel well. If you have noticed a lump, unexplained bleeding, persistent pain, unexplained weight loss or any other change that concerns you, please see a doctor rather than waiting for a screening appointment.

Each cancer survivor registered with 365CPS may redeem one complimentary screening. That screening may be used either by the survivor or by one immediate family member, meaning a spouse, parent, child or sibling. It cannot be used for both.
If you are currently undergoing treatment, or if you were diagnosed within the past five years, you cannot take the test yourself. You may still pass your screening to an eligible family member.

Complete the online registration form. Our team will check your eligibility and contact you.
If you are eligible, we email you a confirmation letter with instructions for booking your appointment.
Attend your chosen partner clinic. A doctor will go through the test with you and answer your questions, and a blood sample will be taken at the same visit.
The clinic sends your results directly to you. If anything needs following up, the report will set out the next step and who to see.
Your result is reported as a Z score.
Negative (Z score 0 to 2)
No cancer signal detected. Continue with your routine screenings. No follow-up consultation is needed for this test.
Intermediate (Z score 2 to 3)
The result is unclear. A free repeat test is offered in six months. Monitor your health and see a doctor if anything changes.
Positive (Z score 3 to 5)
A cancer signal was detected. Follow-up consultation at the partner clinic, with referral to a specialist for diagnostic imaging or further tests.
No. It works alongside your routine screenings, not instead of them. Keep to the schedule your doctor has recommended.
No screening test is perfect. This one can miss cancers, particularly at very early stages, and can flag a signal in people who turn out not to have cancer. That is why a positive result always leads to further tests rather than a diagnosis.
Not for yourself, as the test is not suitable for anyone diagnosed within the past five years. You may still pass your screening to an eligible family member. Please contact us.
The partner clinic will arrange a follow up consultation and refer you for further tests. You will not have to manage it alone. Our Care and Support team is here if you would like to talk things through at any point.
Your confirmation letter tells you how to contact the clinic you selected during registration. You arrange the date and time directly with them, so you can choose what fits around work or family.
