Adults age 40 and above with a valid Blue/Orange CHAS or Public Assistance card

Fill in the registration form. Our team will review your eligibility within 5-7 working days.

If eligible, you will receive an email with instructions to book your appointment at a participating clinic.

Eligible individuals will have a consultation with a doctor, followed by a blood draw.

Your results and any recommended follow-up steps will be shared with you.

The screening is fully paid by 365 Cancer Prevention Society for participants who meet the programme’s eligibility criteria.
You will have a consultation with a doctor, followed by a blood draw.
Your confirmation letter tells you how to contact the clinic you selected during registration. You arrange the date and time directly with them, so you can choose what fits around work or family.
If your screening results are abnormal, the doctor will explain your results and discuss the next steps, including any further assessment or follow-up care that may be required.
