Ms Aw Hui Mien, Jenny is heading the financial and corporate services in the corporate service industry. Prior to this, Ms Jenny Aw was the Chief Financial Officer for various publicly listed companies listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange as well as in a private firm. She plays a vital role in leading the merger and acquisition activities in Singapore and overseas in the corporations she joined. She has vast experience in financial reporting, tax planning, fundraising, treasury management and risk management functions.

Ms Jenny Aw also supports the business operation functions, internal controls, procedures and processes to ensure good corporate governance practices for the Group. She also plays an important role as a liaison person with all stakeholders.

Ms Jenny Aw started her career with KPMG and has joined a publicly listed Group since 1995. She brings with her more than 20 years of experience in finance and operations and her understanding from the shareholders’ perspective, which helps drive performance in digital transformation in Finance and accounting.

She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore, a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) where she is a Senior Accredited Director under SID’s Directorship Accreditation program, and a member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI).
