Mr Khoo Yik Lin is the Chief Financial Officer & Co-Chief Operating Officer at Research For Impact and has extensive experience in leading, managing and developing teams for both performance and strategic initiatives.

He has also contributed significantly through various Board roles including Board Member at Esse Pi, School Advisory Committee Member at Unity Secondary School, Board Chairman (designate) at Kindred Studio, Board Member (designate) at Research For Impact. His professional journey also encompasses key leadership positions such as Principal Senior Director at Temasek Foundation, VP (Corporate & Strategy) and Board Secretary at Fullerton Health (VP Corporate & Strategy), General Manager (Singapore) & VP (Asia) at FireForge Games, Group CFO at Shooting Gallery Asia, VP & Head of of Relationship Management Group for South Asia at The Bank of New York Mellon.

Mr Khoo holds a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie-Mellon University (US). His undergraduate studies also included additional majors in Human-Computer Interaction and minors in Business Administration and Mathematical Sciences from Carnegie-Mellon University (US), alongside earning University Honors and being on the Dean’s list. Further enhancing his qualifications, he holds a Diploma in Financial Management from ACCA(UK) where he notably achieved the Highest Score Worldwide for the Financial Strategy and Risk Management module. He also received a Professional Diploma in Creative Entrepreneurship from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency, with a Sole Certificate of Distinction (highest honors) from course conductor, Creative Industries Development Agency.
