Ben Chua is the Chief Executive Officer of 365 Cancer Prevention Society (365CPS), a leading social service agency in Singapore dedicated to cancer prevention, early detection, patient support, rehabilitation and survivorship programmes. He joined the Society on 8 May 2013 and has since guided the growth and reach of its community health initiatives across Singapore.

With more than a decade of experience in the social service sector and a solid background in the technology and communications industry, Ben brings together strategic vision, commercial judgement and operational expertise. Before joining 365CPS, he held senior leadership positions in multinational and publicly listed companies, where he led regional business development, sales strategy, organisational growth and stakeholder engagement across Asia Pacific. This experience has given him depth in organisational leadership, strategic planning, business development, marketing, partnership development and regional operations. He applies these capabilities to strengthen the sustainability of 365CPS, improve the effectiveness of its programmes and extend its reach in delivering cancer prevention and support services.

Under his leadership, 365CPS continues to advance its mission to reduce the impact of cancer in Singapore through public education, community outreach, and early detection initiatives. Ben works actively on partnerships and new programmes that improve access to cancer screening and to holistic care for individuals and families affected by cancer. He believes that leadership with purpose is grounded in collaboration, integrity and innovation. He works closely with healthcare partners, donors, volunteers, corporate organisations and community stakeholders to build a stronger support ecosystem for cancer prevention and care.

He remains committed to advancing 365CPS’s mission and contributing to a healthier, more resilient community through sustainable social impact.
