Arlinda Chen is the Assistant Director of Corporate Services at 365 Cancer Prevention Society (365CPS). Since joining the Society on 1 April 2016, she has provided strategic leadership in finance and corporate services, ensuring strong financial governance and operational excellence. Through prudent financial management, she supports the Society’s mission of promoting cancer prevention, early detection, patient support, rehabilitation, and survivorship.

Before joining 365CPS, Arlinda built a strong foundation in finance across both the corporate and healthcare sectors. She spent close to 10 years as Finance and Administration Manager at StreamServe Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, a Swedish technology company specialising in business communications and e-commerce infrastructure software. During this time, she gained extensive experience in financial management, corporate administration, and business operations.

In 2011, Arlinda made the transition to the social service sector. She subsequently joined St Luke’s Hospital, where she managed patient accounting and worked closely with the Finance Director. In addition, she supported key financial and operational initiatives that strengthened organisational processes and enhanced service delivery. Arlinda developed expertise in financial governance, budgeting, regulatory compliance, healthcare finance, and operational planning. Today, she applies these capabilities to strengthen the Society’s financial sustainability and support its long-term growth.

Arlinda is an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) graduate and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). She remains committed to upholding high standards of financial stewardship, transparency, and accountability. Through sound financial management, she helps ensure that the Society continues to deliver meaningful programmes and services for the community.
