Andrew Ong is Assistant Director of Programmes and Services at 365 Cancer Prevention Society (365CPS). He joined the Society on 15 October 2019 and was appointed to his current position on 1 July 2025.

Andrew oversees the Society’s Programmes and Services portfolio, which covers Allied Health services, Care and Support services, and Social Service Centre operations. He works with healthcare and community partners to strengthen continuity of care and support for people affected by cancer.

Alongside this, he leads service evaluation, service quality and impact measurement, and oversight of research grant processes. He guides the translation of research and evaluation findings into service improvements and new service pilots at the Society.

Originally trained as a nurse, Andrew went on to specialise in counselling and brings more than 20 years of experience across the healthcare and social service sectors. Before joining 365CPS, he contributed to the development of psychosocial and clinical services at the National University Cancer Institute, Singapore, and he has co-authored published research on counselling support for adults living with cancer.

Andrew holds a Master of Counselling and a Graduate Diploma in Non-Profit Management from the Singapore University of Social Sciences, where he is currently reading for a Master of Management.
