365 Cancer Prevention Society (365CPS) engages LadderPro Pte Ltd, trading under the name SupportWorks, as our third-party face-to-face fundraising agency. LadderPro supports charities like 365CPS by reaching out to the local community to raise funds and awareness.
Through their outreach efforts, fundraisers help raise awareness of 365CPS’s services and communicate our mission: “Be a society serving the community to prevent and fight cancer through holistic health with loving care and a passion for life.”
The fundraising support provided by LadderPro has contributed to significant milestones for 365CPS, including the establishment of our first Social Service Centre (SSC) in 2014.
All fundraisers undergo regular training conducted by 365CPS and LadderPro to ensure they have an in-depth understanding of the charity they represent. They are also equipped with the skills needed to engage members of the public through informative and personalised conversations.
In addition, fundraisers are trained to promote 365CPS’s Direct Debit Donor Programme (DDDP), which helps raise funds to support our cause.
The DDDP is managed by SG Support, a fundraising and donor management agency engaged by 365CPS.
You may encounter our fundraisers at various locations, including special events, roadshows at shopping malls and plazas, residential areas and designated street locations. During these interactions, fundraisers may invite you to join our community of donors by making regular or one-time contributions through the DDDP.
Your generosity plays an important role in helping 365CPS fulfil its mission across three key areas: Cancer Prevention, Cancer Fighting and Cancer Education.

DDDP is a donation programme designed for members of the public who are interested in supporting 365 Cancer Prevention Society (365CPS)’s cancer fighting efforts and activities in Singapore on a monthly, half-yearly or annually basis.
The Direct Debit Donor Programme (DDDP) is promoted through face-to-face fundraising, providing members of the public with an accessible and personal way to learn more about 365CPS, our mission, and our cancer prevention and support programmes.
Our fundraisers engage with the public at various locations across Singapore, including events, shopping malls and other pre-approved locations, to raise awareness of our work and share how individuals can contribute to our cause.
Three parties are involved in the Direct Debit Donor Programme (DDDP): 365 Cancer Prevention Society (365CPS), LadderPro Pte Ltd and SG Global Support Services.
365CPS engages LadderPro Pte Ltd, an established international marketing company that also works with various charitable organisations in Singapore. LadderPro deploys small teams of trained fundraisers, known as “365CPS Brand Ambassadors”, to promote the DDDP at pre-approved locations across Singapore.
SG Global Support Services provides administrative support for the programme, helping to manage its day-to-day administrative processes.
As a charity, 365CPS has limited resources to establish and maintain a dedicated in-house team to manage and carry out our Direct Debit Donor Programme (DDDP). This is why we partner with LadderPro Pte Ltd, a professional agency specialising in face-to-face fundraising.
Through this partnership, 365CPS can manage operational costs more efficiently and channel more resources towards our cancer prevention, cancer fighting and cancer education programmes and services in Singapore.
Face-to-face fundraising is a professional role that requires specialised skills, ongoing training and long-term commitment. While we are sincerely grateful for the dedication and support of our volunteers, many have work and personal commitments that may make it challenging for them to take on the regular responsibilities required for this programme.
Engaging a professional fundraising agency therefore allows us to maintain consistent fundraising efforts while enabling our volunteers to contribute in other meaningful ways.
All our fundraising representatives carry an identification badge and a copy of an official authorisation letter issued by 365 Cancer Prevention Society (365CPS), which includes the fundraiser’s name and NRIC details.

Yes. 100% of the donations collected through the Direct Debit Donor Programme (DDDP) go directly to 365 Cancer Prevention Society (365CPS).
The DDDP provides members of the public with a safe and convenient way to support our cause. Donations are accepted via credit card transactions, with all contributions credited directly to 365CPS’s bank account.
365CPS pays LadderPro Pte Ltd a fee for its professional fundraising services. Each year, we set aside a budget for various fundraising activities, including special events, direct mailers and other fundraising initiatives. The fee paid to LadderPro is covered by this pre-allocated and approved budget, rather than being deducted directly from individual donations.
This fee contributes to the programme’s operational costs and is maintained within the fundraising expense guidelines set by the Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth (MCCY).
You can support 365 Cancer Prevention Society (365CPS) through regular donations under our Direct Debit Donor Programme (DDDP), with the following contribution options:
Monthly Donation: S$68 per month (approximately S$2.26 per day)
Half-Yearly Donation: S$408, deducted once every six months
Annual Donation: S$816, deducted once a year
