Andrew Soh is the Assistant Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Volunteer Management at 365 Cancer Prevention Society (365CPS), where he leads efforts to expand public engagement, raise philanthropic support, and grow community partnerships in support of cancer prevention.
With more than 10 years of experience in the social service sector, Andrew has built and managed campaigns that empower early detection and promote health equity—most notably through initiatives such as #My1stMammo, which brings life-saving breast cancer screening to underserved women. His strategic leadership bridges storytelling, data, and compassion to drive results that are both measurable and meaningful.
Before entering the nonprofit space in 2010, Andrew spent nearly two decades in the corporate world, working in sales, events, and supply chain management. This experience informs his ability to align purpose with performance and connect diverse stakeholders across public, private, and community sectors.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from RMIT University and is known for his collaborative spirit, values-driven approach, and commitment to social innovation. He actively mentors students, volunteers in healthcare and education spaces, and believes deeply in challenging the status quo to build a more compassionate and inclusive society.
