Mr. Joshua Siow is responsible for directing all audit, risk and consultancy services. He has many years of audit and management experience in operations, business systems, information technology, finance and accounting, working with numerous companies around the globe. Joshua has assisted exchanges, depositories and listed firms to: establish their internal audit function; develop their enterprise risk management framework; assess their risk-control environments; strengthen their systems of internal controls; and evaluate their internal audit performance. Joshua is a Certified Internal Auditor, Chartered Accountant, Certified Risk Management Professional and Certified Accountant, and has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Warwick. He is a member of The Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), a Senior Accredited Director under SID’s Directorship Accreditation program, and a graduate of INSEAD Business School’s International Directorship Programme.
