ArmStrong is a weekly, group-based rehabilitation programme specifically designed for cancer survivors—with a particular focus on those recovering from breast cancer. Developed by our expert physiotherapy team, the sessions focus on restoring arm mobility and functional strength through guided resistance training. Guided by our dedicated therapy assistants, these sessions offer a supportive and structured environment where participants can safely rebuild physical confidence and improve upper limb function. Many of our participants report significant gains in strength and flexibility, establishing ArmStrong as a trusted part of their recovery. Classes are held at our various Social Service Centres (SSCs), ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for all eligible clients.

Yes. Join us as a member to enjoy all physiotherapy sessions, fully subsidised regardless of citizenship or residency status. For non-members who are Singaporean/PR, the fees will be waived for the first 3 sessions. The sessions will be chargeable for non-citizens.
