Ben Chua is a seasoned leader with a strong track record in strategic planning, regional business development, and stakeholder engagement. As the Chief Executive Officer of the 365 Cancer Prevention Society (365CPS), he oversees initiatives that promote cancer prevention, community education, and holistic patient support. Since joining the organisation in 2013, he has led 365CPS through significant growth in outreach, partnerships, and impact.

Before moving into the non-profit sector, Ben spent over a decade in the technology and communications industry, holding leadership roles across multinational and publicly listed companies. At Celestix Networks Pte Ltd, he served as Sales Director for Asia Pacific, where he drove business expansion, streamlined channel partner strategies, and strengthened client relationships. As Country Manager for South East Asia at Netgear Inc. (a US-listed firm), Ben led market development efforts, managed cross-border teams, and executed go-to-market strategies tailored to regional dynamics. His early career at Aztech Systems Ltd, a Singapore-listed company, saw him taking on senior sales leadership responsibilities, contributing to process optimisation and sustained sales performance.

Through these roles, Ben developed deep expertise in organisational leadership, sales and marketing strategy, regional operations, and team building — competencies that continue to shape his approach to non-profit management today.

An Honours graduate in Business Management from the University of Derby, Ben combines academic insight with over a decade of hands-on leadership across both corporate and non-profit sectors. A Christian, Ben is guided by his faith in his leadership and service. He is also a devoted husband and father of two daughters, drawing daily strength and inspiration from his family.
